“FINDING JOY IN LIVING, volume I: ‘CREATIVE VISUALIZATIONS FOR A HEALTHY LIFE,’
is a lovely tool to guide people through calming meditations. As a clinical therapist, I use meditations as a way to start group therapy sessions and using these meditations as a way to start my groups has been invaluable. Client's report feeling relaxed and calm – a great way to begin a group session. It's also helpful for those clients suffering with anxiety disorders. They can use the meditations at home to calm themselves and reduce anxiety. I would recommend Finding Joy in Living to everyone."

"I've been doing meditation for the past ten years and FINDING JOY IN LIVING, volume I, is the best visualization guidance that I've ever come across. I find the script engaging and easy to follow.
The narrator’s voice is soothing and melodic, but strong enough to keep me engaged. I've also given out numerous copies of this CD to my colleagues who use them in therapy
therapy sessions with their clients, both in group and individual settings, for relaxation and centering."

“For the past several years, I have been playing the guided visualizations from the FINDING JOY IN LIVING series, volume I, at the start of the weekly therapy groups which I run.
My clients love the visualizations and say they help to ground and calm them so they can focus inward and connect with how they truly feel. The beautiful music, soothing voice, and content all prepare them well for the experiential therapy group
which follows. I also use the visualizations in the intensive 3-day workshops I offer, and they have become an integral part of the experience and, again, my clients love them!”

“Listening to creative visualizations from the FINDING JOY IN LIVING series, volume I, helps me to de-stress after a long day at school. The narrator’s voice guides you through each stage of the visualizations while the most beautiful piano music is playing in the background. I particularly use the short 6 minute “For Relaxation,” “Creating Hope,” and “Finding Peace” vignettes. The breathing exercises alone create balance and I am able to clear my head, which helps me to better transition from work to home.
Before going to sleep, I listen to the “Composite/Long Version.” It helps me to get to a peaceful place before drifting off. The benefits of using these visualizations to meditate are countless, but these meditations have the added bonus of spectacular music.

I was introduced to Finding Joy in Living about 10 years ago and it was like finding a magic key that unlocks the ability to meditate! I have always been a bit hyper and had difficulty with focus. I tried many guided meditations as well as self-guided, but could not last more than a minute or so. I’m not sure if it’s the beautiful piano accompaniment, the narrator’s calm but strong and controlled voice, or the excellent descriptors used in the content, but these actually work!!! They are the perfect length of time and repeated use has helped me tap into them in stressful times, even without listening to the recording.
I am a therapist and started distributing copies of the cd and now links to the tracks to my clients. Men & women who have never even considered meditation or have not been able to meditate absolutely LOVE these tracks. They are so beginner friendly and don’t go off into too much of the New Age stuff so also compatible with very religious clients. These tracks have been a source of comfort, healing, and strength to my clients with PTSD, terminal disease, high anxiety and many other issues. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a shot or passing along to clients. I especially recommend Track #1 to clients who are energetic and say that can’t meditate.
This is a beautiful collection unlike anything else out there.
